Terms of Use (Terms and Conditions)

This Terms of Use (“Agreement”) applies to the mobile application mscanner (“App” or “Service”), provided by THJ (“Service Provider”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Intellectual Property
- All content in the App, including text, images, logos, trademarks, databases, and source code, is owned by the Service Provider or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App without prior written permission.
2. Privacy and Security
- Your personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy available at https://mscanner.net/privacy-policy/.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of your device. Jailbreaking or rooting the device may cause the App to malfunction, and the Service Provider will not be responsible for any resulting damage.
3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
- Paid features and premium content (“In-App Purchases”) are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store payment systems.
- The price, subscription duration, and any free trial information are shown on the respective store purchase screens.
- Once payment is completed, premium features will be activated immediately.
- Auto-Renewable Subscriptions:
- Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Charges are billed to your Apple ID or Google account.
- Subscriptions can be managed or canceled through:
- iOS: Settings ▸ Apple ID ▸ Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play ▸ Payments and Subscriptions ▸ Subscriptions
- Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Refunds: All refunds follow the policies of Apple or Google. The Service Provider cannot directly issue refunds outside the store system.
- Price Changes: Price changes will take effect for the next billing cycle, and the app store may notify you before renewal.
- Restore Purchases:
- iOS: You can restore purchases using the “Restore Purchase” button within the App.
- Android: Google Play automatically restores active subscriptions when you reinstall the App using the same account.
4. Limitation of Liability
- The App requires an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for connection issues, data costs, or device limitations.
- The App may rely on third-party APIs or external data. The Service Provider is not liable for damages arising from the use or failure of third-party services.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
5. Modifications and Termination
The Service Provider may modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. Updates may be required to continue using the App. If you do not install updates, access to the App may be limited.
6. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with or depends on third-party services, including but not limited to:
- Apple App Store / Google Play Store
- Google Firebase, AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase
- Meta SDK or other analytics/advertising tools
Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
7. Changes to This Agreement
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updates take effect upon posting within the App or at https://mscanner.net/terms-conditions/. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
